New • Account Statements are now a full accounting document: a movement table with date, amount and details, a running balance, and a notes column — with Excel download and PDF sharing. • Property statement: export to Excel and PDF, with the file matching exactly what the screen shows. • Receivables & Payables: a true party ledger, a "not yet due" group, and an explicit row for overpayment. • Your lists — expense and income categories, payment methods, property and unit types, and message templates — now follow your account instead of your device, so they appear on your other devices and on the web. • Edit your name and phone number from the Account screen. • Choose your language on the sign-in screen, before signing in. Improvements • Notifications: quiet hours, a unified activity log, and shared-property notifications that reach the right owner. • Payments list: the month header follows the printed due date. • Statements on mobile: the summary card stacks, doubling the visible table. • Excel export is faster and no longer waits. Fixes • Periods before your cashbox start date showed incorrect figures — they now show zero with the reason stated. • You can no longer record more than the remaining amount within a payment. • Unit status is now a single truth: an occupied unit shows as rented and cannot be changed by hand. • On Android, the back button no longer closes the app from a quick action, and a filled form is no longer dismissed silently. • A typed decimal separator no longer changes the amount. • An unrecognised store event no longer ends an active subscription. • File uploads no longer fail in certain cases. • The "Reminders: add" permission now actually takes effect — it was being discarded silently. • Terms and help text now cover both stores.
