I installed this app and noticed my phone’s camera indicator light flashing, even when I wasn’t using the app. After checking my permissions, I found that it had full access to my camera. As soon as I uninstalled it, the issue stopped. This is a serious privacy concern, and I wouldn’t recommend downloading it. Be cautious and check your permissions if you decide to install.

Doesn’t Show Checked Out Items
A lot of the time I check the app to renew something it’s just not there. It’s not in the “Checked Out Titles” area so i’m assuming somethings wrong with the app. The app’s alright except that.

Poor UI is one of the issues I can get past, but trying to deal with holds is just the worst. If you select a library at which you want your items to be held, it oftentimes doesn't work and they end up at the main branch. At least 66% of my holds have gone to the wrong place.
Also, once a hold is available for pickup, you can't cancel it - something helpful since I'm tired of having to travel to the wrong and furthest library.

Poor functionality
Why are details of holds not available? This feature is offered by the Whitby and Pickering Library apps.
