Unable to sign in
The app sign me out and I am trying to sign in again it keep saying invalid information even when I did forget password even though I didn’t forget ??! It did not sign it I tried to register it says number is registered!!!! What do you want 😅 I contacted customer support it’s more than a week no response!!!!! FIX IT

وضعت ملاحظة عند عملية الشراء لإحضار فكة لمبلغ ٥٠٠ درهمكما أكدت على هذه الملاحظة عندما اتصلت بي من خدمة المتعاملين لتخبرني ان بعض الأغراض غير متوفرة و لكن رجل التوصيل لم يحضر الفكة !!

الابلكيشن ممتاز و جودة المنتجات متوسط خصوصا الخضار و الفواكه و التوصيل دائما متأخر ساعتين ثلاثة عن الموعد ، ما اطلب غير و انا مضطرة فقط للأسف تحتاجوا لمزيد من التطوير

Application is very slow and not reliable
Not professional
The cart got empty three times by its own before I reach payment. The 4th time, I finished payment and it was just showing processing for 3 minutes then it logged me out. 10 minutes I spent to try to log in. Then I started to receive sms'a that the order is being prepared. Very confusing. Needs more work.

I thank those responsible for developing the application and I hope that the customer experience will be improved by facilitating the user interface and making it easier to search for products. I also hope that other similar applications will be reviewed to benefit from them before starting to improvement

Very Poor app supported by unqualified online team
I have been a loyal customer for more than 4 years and now because of this app and the whole team behind it i will not deal with this place anymore.

No Mobile works inside Rumailah center
No mobile application works inside Al Rumailah Center. App is not working on 4 or 5G at allll

Spoiled and very low quality grocery items
Got grapes and mango and were both spoiled and very low quality , although, the weight is less than order but charged for order quantity!! Never again.

Search engine requires improvement. As of now, i have to go to the certain section to find the product
Cannot Complete Transaction
There is an error message on the Payment tab saying “There is an issue with the app during request the data, please contact admin for fixing the issues.” making this completely unusable because I cannot choose the payment method. I wasted my time gathering items for my cart. Disappointing.

I registered and wanted to change my phone number, app was not allowing me to to do myself. Then sent an email, no one seems to care about anything. This is a disgraceful app.
