No Ride Available
You cannot rely on this app, it’s always saying “Cannot find a ride” !!!!!! It’s not convenient and hassle for a daily commute. I hope the government gives us a reliable bus that has a route to every corner of Ajman. Regular Taxis are expensive.
Rides timing
The estimated arriving time and pick up time is not accurate at all. My vehicle was 5 mins away so i went out to the pick up spot and for 15 mins it said my vehicle was 1 minute away and it was no where to be found after 5 mins of cancelling my ride i see a ajman vod car passing by i was really annoyed by this as you cannot wait in this heat more than 2 minutes. I have had multiple experiences like this but this was my worst one yet. Its safe to say i will never be using this app again and you should fix your timings.

Some drivers are on time, the ride is safe. But some i dont understand. They say there vehicle is already on the location and no one is there but the navigation is on different place. More than x3 I experienced that one. Appearing on the screen for like 10mins that they arrived already but no one is there and they are the one who’ll cancel your ride even its there mistake.

Can't register to the app
The most useless app I have used in UAE. The app is asking for OTP with 6 digits. But the OTP sending to my phone is 4 digit. Tried reinstalling the app. Still the same. Trash app.

I have been facing this issue for more than a month now.
Whenever I try to recharge my ride credit, the payment page keeps loading and not allowing me to recharge.
I contacted support and still no response for more than 2 weeks.

In return you will gain high blood pressure, maybe heart attack as well and every anger disease in this world
A serious silly service, they will ask you if you can wait around 45 min and even if you agreed it might take a full hour for waiting the driver and then the driver will leave without you anyway and then to tell you that they were waiting but you couldn’t reach the pick up point.
I totally don’t recommend this service
