تطبيق سيء من وجهة نظري
التطبيق غير مفيد وعندكم مليون موقع يقدم نفس الخدمات على الاقل زيدو الخدمات بدال ما انه المتعامل يسوق ساعتين عشان بس يعرف قرار القاضي او عشان بس يسأل سوال بصراحة أنا اشوف التطبيق مأمنه فايدة واحس حتى المواقع احذفوها وعدلو عليها لانه تتوه المتعامل

The app is very slow which is not feasible to use

Parking Fine
The parking time didn’t update on added hours, and it took money 5 times for the same 1hr only and i got fine also 150aed on top of 10aed fees for 5times for an hour. So please recheck

Payment gone from account , but not reflected in app sometimes.

البرنامج جيد لكن يحتاج الى تطريك كبير جداً
البرنامج يتأخر في الاستجابه و يعلق ارجو العمل عليه و تحسينه للاحسن و الاحسن
Payment Stuck
Most of the time I use this application for paying parking but once the amount has been deducted from my account it keeps loading and in the end I click back button it prompts me to cancel it. I cannot wait until finish loading which I don’t know how long. Even after being cancelled the money didn’t return to my account. Better use text message for paying parking instead of wasting money using this apps, it happens to me a lot

مشاكل التطبيق مع التوافقية
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
نسعد باهتمام حكومة عجمان بجمع خدماتها في تطبيق واحد تسهيلا على المتعامل في إنجاز مهامه
لكن التطبيق ينقصه التوافقية مع إمكانية الوصول لأصحاب الهمم
إذ أن الكثير من أيقونات التطبيق غير مقروءة من التعليق الصوتي الخاص بالآيفون
لذا يرجى من مطوري التطبيق مراعاة استخدام الكفيف للتطبيق
