Poor performance
App works great, when it works.
Audio has stopped transcribing, yet it’s charging minutes for transcription…and will charge transcription minutes MULTIPLE times for the same recording it says it transcribing is complete while the screen remains blank. The problem happened before I purchased additional minutes, worked great and now has not worked for almost 3 weeks.
Reset options are limited and while I did reach out to support, multiple times, they never replied. I purchased an annual minutes plan and the lack of assistance coupled with the erroneous duplicate transcription charges is beyond frustrating.
I based my purchases on the Amazon reviews and now I’m questioning the validity of those reviews.

Works sometimes now no playback
This used to work flawlessly, now it takes multiple requests to get a translation and when you hit playback it playing with no audio

Exporting files
The iOS app for the iPad will not let you export your file it crashes every time you try

Audio records but won’t play back on my iPhone 15 - it looks like it’s playing the file but is silent. It IS recording: transcription works and if I export the file it plays correctly.
Useless
Can’t export transcript on ipad. App crashes immediately.. cheap Chinese knockoff
