Didn’t get my food
I ordered from KFC and am missing my French fries, mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. There is nowhere on the app to make a complaint other than “contact us”. Garbage app. I’ll stick to door dash.
Minimum purchase
I was ok with the almost $20 delivery fee. But why is there a minimum purchase of $75 for every restaurant?
