Worthless
Device does not connect to app. The app will not even scan the QR code. This device is a waste. It will not sync to the phone no matter what I try.
Where’s my data?
The app is not keeping my data! It recorded 2 days and that’s it. Unfortunately, I can’t get the FlagFit2 app to find my AKA fitbit so I can switch! Very disappointing.
App does not “bind” with device
As other users have stated, this app does not bind with the aka Fitbit device. I received my Fitbit a few days before Christmas and have not been able to use it because I was having difficulty binding it to this app. I reinstalled the app and still nothing. I decided I was going to return the device but saw that other users downloaded another app. I gave the other app a try and within seconds my device was connected. This app needs to be updated.

It’s not even worth the time to TRY and use this.
Does not work
Does not work at all...I had to download another app that I saw another user posted works with it (flag fit 2.0)
Not intuitive
Or user friendly. The software was easy to download and that is about it. As I was going through the pop-up questions I opted NO to let Bluetooth use while not using.i am not sure but perhaps that disabled Bluetooth forever. There was no way to go back and change settings to enable Bluetooth. So as the other user did, I downloaded FlagFit 2.0; easy intuitive install.

Cannot connect with my phone
Followed the directions but the app cannot “bind” with my device.
