False errors
When trying to view the camera in the app, most of the time it gives a “network is slow” notice and will not load. Network is NOT slow. This is the only app that has a problem with the network.
Horrible!
This app is horrific when it comes to camera connection and control! Never any update and feedback never sends. Avoid it!

I really wanted this to work
I purchased two of the WebCams and I haven't been able to get them to work on any of the applications, I left them in the box for a few months so of course I can't return them but they should've worked and they don't… And these applications are absolutely terrible. I wish it wasn't so and I'm not trying to be one of those people that only has negative things to say but I am to the point now I need to drop them in the trash and say goodbye to almost $200 so yeah

No update
Still very bad to connect any camera without no any updates
Won’t let me log in
When typing my credentials in, I try to hit “login”, but even after I get the verify code, it never becomes highlighted, so you can’t ever press it. Tried on 2 different phones. Same thing. What’s going on?

Alerts
So far the app has been great. It would be nice if when the camera was triggered that the alert bubbles would show on the app icon instead of only showing when you open the app and look at the alerts. That way if you are notified of motion you can look to see why.

Plz provide a night mode control
Over all the app is pretty good. It provides client encryption for video (I have’t verify it. In theory, if it encodes while recording, the footage on SD card should be encrypted. So by analyzing the stored data, we can confirm whether it is really encrypted or not and which encryption method it is using.)
The biggest problem of this app is: it doesn’t allow user to control night mode. The cam auto switch is way too sensitive, and I have very bright auto-on flood light. Since I can’t disable the night mode. When people walk by at night, the cam keeps switching between night mode and day mode, which makes the recording not usable.
I’d really appreciate if you can provide a day/night mode control.

Bought it today. Setup was super easy. Took only about 5 mins. It looks cute, my daughter loved it since it goes to her room.
