Promised discount but did not receive
My friends had referred me to the app because I was supposed to receive a 20% discount on my first order through the app, but nothing appeared.

No discount after download app, do not download the don’t give no discount as advertised.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to remove ingredients from ramen, only add more.

When I invite new users to the app, they are not receiving the 20% off the first app purchase like it shows when I send the link to them.

Beautiful app but don’t expect to save money.
The app is very nice looking. It’s very fast, functional, and has photos of nearly all the food. The problem lies with the difference in price compared to non-app orders (calling it in, etc)—everything is more expensive on the app. This makes the rewards program and promotions pretty pointless. In this case, I’d rather have just the normal prices without any rewards.

Doesn’t have Sushi Options
For some reason this application does not have all the menu items that are actually available in store and the prices are more expensive than if you were to call the store and order it directly.
Did not get my 30% discount
Used the app for the first time. Never got the discount. App says food is ready but when I got there it wasn’t ready. Made me wait for another 10 mins
