Very slow shipping
Itโs been more than one month and didnt get the order, and everytime i contact the team support they told to wait so they contact the mangers, they say it like 7 to 8 times, no real solutions, only postponing the customers.
And when asked them to cancel the order and get a refund they say i also need to wait. It was the worse experience so far.
