Advertises live tracking
Advertise this as having live tracking, but an hour in to the start of the race and it’s still showing that the marathon relay will be starting soon. App is not intuitive to use at all. The only benefit is the links to info about the Akron race.
Multiple races
The only issue I have with the app is it won’t update the different events. I did the race series this year and before each event I have had to delete and reinstall the app each time because it won’t update to the current event. Other than that I like the app.
Inaccurate or delayed
I had used this app this year and last year so I could have followers on my Akron Races. On the Goodyear Half Marathon race, it still says I’m running even though the race ended a few weeks ago. I also was told it hung around the finish line for a while even though I was nowhere near the finish line. Then it decided to trace me 4 miles behind(an example is when I crossed the finish line, it finally decided to start tracking at mile 7)

Poorly functioning
This app does not work well. Multiple attempts to add Sport ID failed.
The app also failed to track the bib, and some experienced person said 20-30% people the app will not adequately track (as a heads up if people are trying to track you).
The app said I was still actively running the course even one hour after finished.
