Does everything it’s supposed to do,my only problem with it is messages coming back to my phone are in Chinese. How do you change it to English.
Dog tracker
Hard to get this app going but with expert help we’re getting close. Probs: No icon on screen No access to instructions in English. Can’t find in any language. No advice or help available. It looks like it could be an excellent dog tracker if we can just get it to work… It does need a nano sim, and presumably some ongoing costs, it appears. Help us to get the best ( or at least something) from this promising, if expensive, device please. Thanks

Waste of money
Can’t even make a account to use it, they just have the option to log in , not make an account. How am I suppose to log in when you don’t let me make an account to log in with
Don’t waste your time and money
Supposed to be for a dog GPS. Manual is of no use. APP wants a username and password and just keeps giving an error message. No number for service. No name of tracker so I can find a YouTube video. Very angry and disappointed.

It is a good program, but it also shows the location of the mobile phone with a difference, which is surprising and should be corrected in the update, because it shows the GPS position of the car with a large difference.
Useless
Battery life 3 days. Take 12 hours to charge. Have to pay for SIM cards. Poor accuracy as to where my dogs are. I keep going looking for them as says they are out. Asleep at home

Can’t even log into App. Have no idea if it works as can’t get past stage one. Sending back.

DO NOT BUY! This item is absolutely rubbish! Cannot set up on two phones; no instructions. What a waste of money!!!!
Doesn’t work
This is the app supposed to be used for Cosari dog GPS collars but it doesn’t work and there isn’t any number to call and email only gets bot type answers and they refuse to honor refund requests. Don’t buy their products!
Map not working
When I click to view device location it shows map stuck on africa, if i try to swipe over on the map to usa to view my GPS tracker’s location it just jumps back to Africa. When i click on my actual location it works fine. Please help.

Logging onto the app
Hi I bought the same tracker and was having troubles too you have to put the id number from the back of the tracker in then the default password was 123456 hope this helps
Don’t Buy This Dog Tracker
Followed instructions from QR code. Got ASHK. Asked to log in with ID and password, but no way to access either. Online search does not share info that matches the app.
Needs improvement
Works good but there is no option to add multiple devices on the account you need to log out to check another devices.

Hopeless
I downloaded the app to use with a dog tracker. There Home Screen asks for me to log in, but there’s no option to create an account. Impossible to use. Very lucky to even get 1 star. Now I’m stuck with a dog tracker I can’t use.
Impossible to use, avoid
Complete rip-off purchase of GPS dog collar. Took 6 months to arrive. Manual is entirely in Chinese. App accessed by QR code requires password or username and password, then gives a Network failure error. Developers not accessible through support link. Terrible waste of money and time.
No connection
I have logged into this app before to try and use it but didn’t have a sim at the time. I now have a sim and it won’t allow me to log in again and won’t allow me the option to rest my password? I can’t get in touch with the developer or even google how to fix this as it no longer seems to exist??
