Unable to identify New Zealand number
I have tried multiple times but this app doesn’t work and it keep giving me error to enter valid phone number, however, I am using correct phone number. Please help to sort this out.
Yogiji maharaj Jivan charitra part 2 chapter 9 stopped every few min and is blank
If you click on speed the below popup windows is blank cannot see any thing.
If you mark 369 part mark as listened it will back scroll back on top then back it I have to scroll back on the 370 to mark it listened
Then again it will go back up.
Every few chapter will blank for few min
It will stop in the middle I thought it’s WiFi issue but even it happened in the phone data.
It stopped in the middle I back it up manually and try to back it up it will again stop.
It does not remain where it left off please see buy few books on Audible and see it will keep you where it left off. Even if you listen to another book at same time.
We kept akhand dhun and in loop phone heats up like crazy and it’s hot as if its blast .
It’s not tested properly even there is no support email.

New update feedback as of 20th Feb 2026
I have been listening to the Vachnamrut. After the completion of one Vachnamrut the next one starts with about 1-2 minutes forward. This should be corrected.
Also check that the series is maintained as in a few occasions I have observed that it skips and opens either the previous or next vachnamrut but not the running Vachnamrut if paused or stopped in middle.

Track Download Issue
I tried multiple times to download the track but it is not starting & showing in downloading tab also i tried restarting app! Please fix it ! Jai Swaminarayan 🙏🏻

Search bar
In search Bar when you search for any kirtan, Data is not fetched.. have to search for the kirtan looking into each and every album! Plz fix it! Thank you and Jai Swaminarayan 🙏🏻
Bugs need attention
Too many bugs. Needs attention. Difficult to play songs right from the beginning.
All bhajan starts from somewhere in the middle. No option to clear the same. At times app hangs a lot!

App needs enhancement
We've been using this app extensively, and it's fantastic—great content and impressive effort. At first, I thought the heating issue was specific to my phone, as it gets very hot while using the app. However, I noticed the same issue on my family's phones as well. I’m writing this review in hopes that the app can be optimized to reduce this heat issue.

Internet is connected, yet it’s says “Please check internet connection.”
App is taking long to play tracks and sync
Dear Developers great app and initiative. However, after last 2 updates the app is not sync back with where you last left of on a track. It takes very long to load audio book tracks
Unable to register or login
I am unable to login as I am not receiving any otp. And it says number is already registered, though its my new number.
Still needs work
Still freezes, crashes, and is clunky. Needs some work still to make it reliable and seamless. Would also be nice if it remembers position in long tracks after playing another track.
Stop Working on MAC
All Mac PCs that I have and people I know who have Macs Amrutam app stop working. It is helpful for Mandirs to use.

Good content. App glitches sometimes.
Sometimes it doesn’t open at all. Has been happening since yesterday. Still have to been able to open. Please resolve it.
Things really not working out
1. Search engine is not showing the track
2. All Album and My like Section both are not getting fully loaded and displayed
3. Except PSM all the Jivancharitra are facing lag while scrolling(Kept a comparison though I have had same scrolling tap). Earlier, the app use to crash also.
4. No Reprt Problem button on App.
