Nonfunctional shell app
I can’t register my athlete for his sport on this app. After three attempts to create account, I sign in only to find a bunch of empty directories, DM and group chat options with no listed contacts, and no link to upload my kid’s physical. Now I’m stressing out the AD asking for handholding just to get his physical uploaded, good grief.

Unable to log in thru app
Try to use the text msg code and it doesnt work saying the user doesnt exist when using the code

You can’t log in with your phone number it says that the account doesn’t exist even though it does please fix this🙏
Not recognizing
Will not allow me to use the same credentials that I used for the online account on the app. App doesn’t recognize me.
Issues technical problems
This app still has problems in my opinion but I put my phone number then it says to put the code I do and it said user not found and gets me mad because I just to get it over with but this app still needs work and fix some bugs

This is so stupid.I don't get why online, on the website it will let me login through email, but on the actual app it makes me enter my number, WHICH i put in when making the account and it still won’t let me login. Fix this stupid junk rn, i got to upload my cheer, soccer and volleyball physical and it would be so much easier to do it on the app. Fix this now. Please.🤦🏽♀️

One more task for parents
It does not sync with the info in website.In the past school sent forms you fill sign and sent.This apps and websites just add more tasks to parents if something was not upload correctly they send an email.I really can’t find it’s utility.
Awful
This is app is awful! I always get kicked out. I never get notifications unless I manually go into the app. It always has a network error. When I try logging in, it sends me the same code every time and I can’t access my child’s team. Very frustrating!

Really great app! Really easy to use
I use this app to stay up to date with what is going on with my son’s school soccer team. Before we switched to aktivate I was tracking messages across text, email and other apps. Now it’s all in here it’s so much easier. Plus it’s pretty easy to use and looks good too!
Eligibility is great
Love that I’m able to see athlete eligibility status. So much easier now.

Phone number sign in !???
Come on fix this already! it’s ridiculous that it’s asking for phone number to sign in but doesn’t recognize that it’s linked to an account
Can’t log into app with phone number
I can log into Aktivate via the website, but the app wants you to log in using a phone number, but putting the phone number attached to my account does not work. You should be able to log into the app using the same credentials as the website. That would be greatly appreciated.
Can’t get to the sign in button
The sign in button is below my visible screen. I can’t scroll to where it will let me sign in.

I started an account on my computer using an email address. When you download the app, it wants you to sign in using a phone number. All of my contact info is in my account. Why doesn’t it sync and have the same method of login?
