This app is not useful at all you will always get the wrong information and sometimes it doesn’t show your reports. Very bad experience
Useless app does not work
I needed my Covid results for travel, got the text message that results are ready so downloaded the app , created a profile and logged in I can see the report is available but trying to open it keep getting message cannot download report from server. Useless crap probably made by some sifarishi kid who does not know what he is doing. I guess I will have to take a cab and go pickup my results.

Terrible app doesn’t work
I couldn’t give a review without at least giving 1 star otherwise it doesn’t even deserve it.
The terrible quality of the app is evident feom the fact that the last time it was updated was 2 years ago. With only 12 reviews resulting in 3 stars. Apparently no ones using it.
If this is the case then I recommend AKUH to remove it from the App Store to avoid people/patients having bad and frustrating experience.

Not good
On iPhone X with iOS 13.5 can’t create profile.
Also can’t check ereports with receipt username/password

Could not download reports
I was expecting something better from AKUH given the amount they charged . App has problem with UX and was not able to downloads my reports . It appears hat problem persist for past couple of months.
Poor App cannot get information from server
After giving blood sample for tests I installed this app, created profile and as sms from AKUH later in the evening asked me to check my reports online - there was no information. Message popped up that it cannot get info from server. Web portal said you cannot get even receive results through email. So it did not work for me. On Sunday they close at 14:30 hrs so will have to wait until Monday to go to lab physically and request them to give print outs of results. Totally useless and crap app at least for me. Would not recommend this for people who are used to check reports online like that of Shaukat Khadim Lab or even Chugtai Lab.

Non interactive App
Downloaded the app to check my reports. Wasn’t able to download or view the ready reports kept giving the server error message. Reports that were pending continued to remain pending even though the reports were ready. Better to continue using the website and email option.

Focusing on future
Finally AKUH is focusing on future and technology. A good application. Hope they update as the time passes so we don't have to face any issue.
