Subscription Issue – App Deleted
I signed up for a trial subscription for the app, but the premium account was never activated. Therefore, I am deleting the app.
It's face only (i.e. and not dry/inflamed hands)
And I learned it after a rather lengthy onboarding questionnaire which I was not able to skip and after being presented with the 3-day trial subscription page. So now I'm annoyed.

A proposta é boa, mas o scanner facial demora uma eternidade pra carregar e não valida meu rosto de jeito nenhum.
Me posiciono e ao cumprir os 4 requisitos o app tira a foto sozinho pra no fim reprovar o angulo e a iluminação (com todas as luzes da casa acesas)

Falha ao escanear produtos
A ideia parece boa, mas, quando tento escanear os produtos, o aplicativo falha e o sistema fica carregando infinitamente. Portanto, não está sendo possível utilizar o aplicativo.
Espero que consigam resolver esse bug, porque realmente gostei muito da ideia.

Face scan - the most important feature doesn’t work
I’m sad cause as I mentioned in the title face scan doesn’t work. I’ve tried for so many times - no result and I even bought a subscription. Not nice :/
Don’t Waste Your Time and Money
First - their “free trial” is a scam. I signed up for it and was immediately charged for a year.
Next, I tried to do the face scan and after 20 minutes of tilting the camera, my face, moving to new windows, etc - never had a photo accepted. The four criteria seem impossible to meet to get a successful scan and without that - the app can’t analyze your skin, can’t track your progress, make recommendations, etc.
Waste of time and money.

how can i get my money back?
I created an account and gave it to try for free for 3 days but it still took my money and I can't get it back. If anyone knows how to get the money back, reply to this message.

Die App zwingt einen, seine Produkte zu scannen, um eine Routine zu beginnen/ zu bearbeiten, Befinden sich manche Produkte nicht in der Datenbank bzw man hat eigene Produkte ist die App unbrauchbar.

My skin has been feeling so incredibly good lately, and the app is free!!!! I would like more recipes or snacks I’ve tried the most and they are really good, but there are not a lot. But still i can’t believe it’s free i mean there are face scans, a whole routine including a questionnaire!!! I love this app!

Great application for my skin!
