Wonderful resource
I look forward to this app each morning. Wonderful daily articles, space to journal and/or check in with my thoughts. I love the quotes. I like that the speakers can be downloaded. My only problem is that I have already listened to most all the speakers (from a different app) so I wish there were more. I wish I would have downloaded this app a long time ago. I can’t imagine my life without it.

A New Perspective
This app has been a game-changer, and I’ve only been using it for a little over a week. It’s helping me see the recovery process, and my approach to practicing it, with a new perspective that gives me great hope. I’m so very grateful for the “accident” of bumping into it on the internet.

I just love this app. I can add journal thoughts and new prayers.

Just what I needed
Great little app with dailies, prayers/meditations, speaker tapes, and a place to keep notes
A helpful app when without AFG readers, or anytime with the iPad!
Whether I’m out running errands, or even at home, I always have my phone in a pocket. It’s nice to pull up the app and have a reading anytime I want. Edit: I just discovered the iPad version which because of more screen space, offers so much more— speakers, journal, prayers! Wow, an excellent resource!

Great app
This app helps keep me grounded in my al-anon program. It’s daily reflections, prayers, gratitude journal etc help jeep me firmly planted in today.
It is so basic
All this app does is give one inspirational thought a day. There is nothing else it does. Literally. Nothing.
Interesting Sharings
The daily readings are brief and a visual sharing of ways to understand how the Program works. I find them interesting, practical, and think about them more than once as I continue my day.

I found this app by chance. Was it chance or was it god? But I wanted something to help me keep focus at the beginning of my day. It is easy to use and I like that it follows the Al-anon literature.
