The app is crashing after the last update please fix urgently I can’t do banking from my phone

Whenever i try and create the online profile i only get as far as the scan id.After doing so it says Error-Contact service administrator

Very secure and great features
It has high security and great features. Please can a developer see about a minor bug where the keyboard covers the submit button when trying to change a card pin. This is on iPhone on 2 different devices. Makes it impossible to submit. Will update the review when fixed.
