AL Bazee Snaglist

AL Bazee Snaglist is the field inspection app of AL Bazee Facilities Management L.L.C. Inspectors use it on site to record defects ("snags") in buildings, and the office turns them into snag reports for clients. • Snag lists per property and category: civil, HVAC, fire fighting, electro-mechanical, lifts and more • Walk the building floor by floor and flat by flat, with progress for every location • Pick each defect from the company's item database, then add quantity, unit, notes and photos • Mark a location as inspected with no snags, or as no access • Works offline: everything is saved on the phone and syncs when the connection returns • English and Arabic The app is for AL Bazee staff. Accounts are created by the company's administrator; there is no public sign-up.
