The app has been a headache

Cannot find anywhere at all to login. Click restore and it spins indefinitely, won’t let you quit the app, or even shut down the computer. I had to force shut down my computer twice in a row. Should not be this difficult to login to my account.

Too Slow

I use ChatGPT on my MacBook Air. It is super slow on the website, though for some reason, my iPhone, the responses are faster. ChatGPT makes a lot of mistakes with their answers, including basic math. I like the format versus Google searches, but for anything important, I verify the information.

Huge easy access to information that otherwise would take considerable time to find

Taxes, investments, other items which would require considerable searching come almost instantly. Only thing is it does make mistakes and sometimes shorts you on an answer. Example: I asked about tax rates. It gave me 2021 tax rates. I asked it why and it apologized and then gave me the 2025 rates. Enjoy
