Пару раз заказывал такси и ни разу никто не приехал, ожидание более 5 минут.

Ужасно

Ужасный сервис , диспетчеры автоматически предлагают заказы водители (в теории) , на практике 24/7 только и слышишь «очень много заказов , машин свободных нет» хотя куча свободных машин просто стоят , на это жалуются и сами водители , но видимо никто и никого не хочет слушать
Давно бы добавили систему чтобы водители сами выбирали и принимали заказы
