Works well overall but several issues makes hard to use
As Salaamu Alaykum,
Love using the app; however there’s always a loading PDF error at all times when trying to pull up results or comments from labs/doctors.
Also, there are errors when trying to schedule an appointment. It’ll give me the error that I already have one scheduled when I do not, so I have to call the hospital and book an appointment which takes away from the ease of doing it from my phone.
Lastly, the most frustrating recently has been this network error. No matter if I’m on WiFi or data the app simply will not load or work properly. It always says network error when that was not a problem before (when I would use on WiFi and/or data). I now cannot login, view my results/messages from my doctor, schedule appointments, etc.
Please fix these issues (especially the last one) as soon as possible so I can resume using this app. It has good potential and works pretty well otherwise. I will change my review once this is addressed. Thank you!!
