Doesnt work properly on iPhone
Very poor app for iphone users, none of the items get added on cart, always cart shows empty.
Store Pick up
I guess the point of store pick up is also saving time, correct me if I’m wrong. Anyway, I chose 10-12pm time slot. I thought at least it will be prepared before 11am. I ordered at 10:06am. But no, they took the time. 11:30 my order got picked. The customer care is not rude but don’t know how to answer properly. Kept saying that I chose 10-12. Obviously I know that. But they do not get the point that at least it should be prepared early also right. I understand it’s weekend and too much rush. But the status of my order didn’t change until 11:30 if I had not contact them. What I am confused about is if the customer chose 10-12pm meaning the order will be prepared before the time would end in that slot? I only chose that time because the home delivery is full. And won’t start until 12pm. I chose pick up to be faster. I’m just so upset with this. Sorry.

Delay in delivery
Now a days there is too much delay in delivering the items. Previously if there is a delay, we used to get the call from staff informing the same. Now a days no one is informing regarding delay. I have requested for the contact details of the management to inform regarding this, however no one is giving it

Good service, but application is too slow
Good service once order placed, but application is too slow. It has connectivity issues and sometimes not responding. Needs improvement. Also some offers showing on the offer leaflet doesn’t displaying on product search area.
