The worst customer service so far

Im trying to do an international transfer from the bank App for more than 2 days, and im outside the country, and the message is “oops, Try again later” no further explanation nor telling me what to do, and there are no real customer service or someone to talk to at all.. you would think such an app will have a chat inside it like any other apps..the worse

Buggy

Used it fine for months. Now while traveling, it wants me to scan my CPR again for some reason as if I’m a new customer. Annoying and extremely inconvenient. Bad user experience.
