Don’t order and make the same mistake as mine

I bought an expensive perfume and it came to be used and old, full of alcohol smell and even the package broke quickly upon opening. And the plastic wrapper had a clear tape clearly showing that it had been opened before. I had never felt so sad. I even saved a lot for that perfume and trusted the supposedly #1 beauty store to take care of it. حسبيالله ونعمل وكيل.

No Customer Service and Misleading Shipping Times

I placed an order 9 days ago and still haven’t received it. When I messaged them, they told me it would only take 2 days. They even called to say one of my items was sold out, but when I checked the app, it was still listed as available. I’ve been trying to call them for 2 days and no one is answering. Very disappointed with the service.
