Not a free trial

It stated that I would start a free trial and it charged me immediately!

Awful

They press you for money immediately and the scan didn’t provide any feedback.

Response from developer

We’re sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience. Our app includes a free trial, so no payment is required immediately when starting the trial period. After a scan is completed, you can view detailed results, read related educational articles, and even chat with our AI assistant for additional information and explanations about the findings. If something didn't work as expected, we'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more and improve the experience.

Correctly diagnosed a mole I had ignored

Correctly diagnosed a mole I thought had just scarred poorly as basal cell carcinoma. Very scary at first, but made me get it checked out and will be having it removed in 2 weeks

Response from developer

Thank you for sharing your experience! Stories like yours are exactly why we built this app. While it is not a replacement for a medical professional, it can help people notice potential concerns earlier and seek medical advice when needed. We’re proud to have played a small part in helping you take action. We wish you a smooth recovery, good health, and all the best moving forward! Thank you for trusting our app!

Very cool tool!!!

Agreed with what the dermatologist said!

Do not buy!

I signed up for the free trial, charged me $59.99 and refused to refund me! Further, I took multiple photos of a mole, and it came back with a different option each time. Update: app developer advised me to “report a problem”, yet that has provided no recourse as the app developer has refused a refund. No bueno.

Falsely telling me I have cancer

Telling me I have cancer when the rash I have is from wild plants… DO NOT TRUST THIS APP

Beware, not forthcoming

I am finding it difficult to stop the auto payment. You cant do it thru the app, you have to go to the app page, which they dont give you a clear link for. It is intentionally difficult to stop and the free trial period says 3 days but you have to stop it 24 hours before the 3 days. It is such a sneaky way to do business. Buyer beware!

Response from developer

Subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple account, not inside the app. This is Apple’s standard system, and as developers we don’t have control over payments or cancellations. That’s why the process happens in your Apple ID settings. The free trial duration and renewal terms are shown on the paywall and in Apple’s confirmation screen before you subscribe. Apple also requires cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged. We appreciate your feedback and will look into making this clearer in the app.

Can’t cancle subscription. Terrible app!

This app wouldn’t take photos for me, and canceling the subscription isn’t straightforward. This app is predatory and I’ll take down my review once my subscription is cancelled.

Response from developer

Subscription management is straightforward, but it’s handled directly through your Apple account, not inside the app. As developers, we don’t have control over payments or subscriptions. Once you cancel via your Apple ID settings, no further renewals will occur. Regarding the photo issue, could you please share more details about what exactly wasn’t working when taking pictures? This will help us understand and fix the problem. Please make sure camera access is allowed for the app in your iPhone settings. If it still doesn’t work, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you fix it. We’re here to help.

Diff Every time

I scanned my mole in good light like 10 times. It came back different almost every time. Ridiculous

Charged for free trail

I wanted the three day trail and I said I wouldn’t be charged until the 14th as soon as I confirmed the trail I was immediately charged, that is absolutely ridiculous why offer a free trail and then steal my money.

Doesn’t provide detail on accuracy or ability

This app charges & says it gives me a risk score about a lesion on my leg but no where can I find if it’s accurate or not!! Like how can you tell me it’s “not risky” with out any evidence that you know what you’re doing!

This is potentially incredibly dangerous if god forbid turns out to be melanoma again!

Response from developer

You can see the risk score directly on the scan results page after completing a scan. The result shows the evaluated risk level along with supporting information. Our team works closely with medical professionals to continuously adjust and improve the AI knowledge base to keep it aligned with current medical standards. The system is designed to provide fast risk assessment based on visual analysis, and you can rely on it as an early screening tool. That said, the app does not replace a doctor visit. It helps highlight potential concerns quickly, without waiting for appointments, and allows you to monitor and track changes in your skin over time with ease. We understand how important accuracy is, especially with a history of melanoma, and we continuously improve the system to make it more reliable and informative.

Don’t bother

All it gives you is error codes and keeps telling me to use a flash. The flash was used. If I get it any brighter you won’t be able to see what I’m asking about.

Response from developer

If you’re seeing error codes, please try redoing the scan once more in steady natural light without strong shadows. Sometimes very bright direct flash or overexposure can actually reduce image quality and cause detection issues. Make sure the camera is clean, the area is in focus, and only the spot you want analyzed is visible in the frame. Holding the phone steady for a few seconds before taking the photo can also help. If the issue continues, please contact our support team so we can look into it further.

Good I think

Made me feel better lol

Response from developer

We’re really glad it helped you feel better! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Not free

It’s a free trial not free! I hate downloading apps to find this… waste of time

Terrible app

Its not free. Has a 7 day trial but does not diagnose rashes. Just tells you if its low or high risk for skin cancer.

Do not waste your time

Being forced to wait 10 minutes for a free scan whilst being unable to use your phone for anything else during that 10 minutes is honestly so annoying! This does not entice me to spend money on your app it just makes me want to give you a 1 star review and delete the app!

DONT USE

I used this app to see if my mole was skin cancerous but just to do one scan you have to pay….. I just went to a skin specialist and turns out my mole was cancerous

Unauthorized transactions

This app took money out of my iTunes account without my approval. When I complained there was no response. Stay away!!
