Doesn’t work great

Added all my licenses and photos. It then expired a month later. Could not access them.

Tried to transfer my account to the free version but the website/app is broken.

Tried to send in support ticket but website won’t work when I hit send.

If they fix my account and app I’ll change my rating

Looks Pretty but Bugs and NO SUPPORT

I have to post this in a review because there is no other way to reach the app developer.

BUGS:

iOS app does not carry over custom names from the web app. For example, we use "project name" instead of "reference number." We set that up on the web platform and it looks correct. But in the mobile app it still says "reference number."

Web app allows login with user's E-mail. iOS requires the user "name." Me and my users like to have the same login for the same platform everywhere we use it.

NO SUPPORT

No option to contact support or get help in iOS app. Website has “chat” support that doesn’t exist. I have tried a few times when it says it is "online" and no one ever answers. If they don't have chat available, they shouldn’t have a chat option, and definitely shouldn’t say it's "online” and let people start chats when no one is ever going to respond. That's not a very positive user experience.

If you try to submit a ticket, every single time, AFTER you have written out your description of issues, when you hit “submit” it says “an error occurred try again later” and deletes your ticket. Not really helpful.

Bugs and lack of any support make me hesitant to adopt this platform for my multiple users.
