The app is not opening.
I have been using my T3 Aladeng smartwatch smoothly for 2 years. However, for the past month I haven’t been able to use its features because I can’t log into the app. I forgot my password, and when I try to reset it using the verification code 6688, the screen doesn’t move forward. I bought the watch in Turkey, but the seller says that Aladeng has a global update issue and that’s why I can’t log in. I don’t know how to fix this and I can’t reach anyone for support. Could you please help me?

Complete garbage. QR Codes don’t scan, can’t register, and can’t initiate watch service. Can only connect with customer service via email with constant delays and unhelpful or irrelevant responses.

Приложение не работает от слова совсем. Ни одна функция. Все глючит. Меню не информативное. С iPhone 11 вообще не совместимо, заходишь в меню, а выйти нельзя
