Bugs when using two employers
I’ve been unable to use the app with “Switch” option. I reported it, took two weeks to push out a fix update and now back to the same issue. Then followed the directions of their support and got an “case submission unavailable to report” message. It works well if just using one employer.
Would like to see full schedule view in app, not just my schedule.

Multiplied agencies
Need to add a tab like on the website to switch between multiple agencies.
Lacks Push Notifications
Lacking push notifications for all the “notifications by app” selections available on your account information and settings page. Makes it pointless to choose App Notifications instead of email or text.
White screen
When opening the app the screen will go white for hours and then need to go the web to use use online version
Keeps making me log in
Sometimes within 5 minute. Also, locks up on an all white screen.
Convenient tool
This app makes getting to the forms easy. Great tool to have when having to do inventory or other checks and not having to carry around the laptop
Doesn’t work well
Yikes. Insufficient, Cumbersome app. Some buttons work sometimes. Not reliable. “… More” tray is mostly useless. Deleting.

It would be nice to have the entire month shown with everyone that is scheduled and the times like the last version had before update. This version is very cumbersome when trying to lookout in advance to see who is working. Otherwise it is a very basic app.
No different than the website
What’s the point of making an app with a “remember me” box if it’s gonna make you log in every time? App would be great if I could log in one time and stay logged in until I choose to log out.
Editing shifts
Just downloaded the app. I see the open shifts in purple under stations but I have no where to edit the schedule is that not possible in the app
Clocking in and out
Would be nice to be able to clock in and out on the app, otherwise you have to go back to the website
Great step forward
Glad an app is finally being made available. So far, the app looks good. I do think it could use a couple of tweaks to make it even better:
-I work for two agencies that use Aladtec; it would be nice to sign in to both one time and then have the ability to switch back and forth seamlessly without having to log out
-Being able to choose what screen you first see on launch would be great. I almost always use “daily summary” right off the bat and never the “dashboard”, so adding that as a setting would be cool.

Won’t take password
Have used this for years and the app won’t take my password. Not wasting my time
