It makes its easy to provide several scenarios for your clients.
App. only works if you use Alamo title.
I payed for this App. thinking it would be useful for my clients and I to know what we are paying in closing costs and so on. But the App. Stops working if you don't use Alamo Title for closing. I guess it's a hook. It did take my money. But they did not get my business!
