Love this because it’s simple and not trying to be anything other than an alarm clock. Does the job very well.
Clocks change fail.
As British Summer Time ends and the clocks go back I set the alarm for the time I wanted to awake. During the night the iPhone updated to GMT. The clock changed the green hand remained at 8:30 HOWEVER the alarm sounded at 7:30!

It’s perfect and amazingly similar to a small Casio travel alarm I previously owned,
right down to the clock face and alarm.

Clock has been awesome for years
I use the alarm clock pro for many years on my dedicated iPhone 6. I only use it for the clock function on my nightstand. It stopped working today and I haven’t made any changes to the phone or the app. I went through all of the settings on my iPhone but could not get it to work anymore. I contacted the developer but have not received a reply

This is repeatedly telling me to ‘Sleep Well’ on a dark screen, in the middle of the day!

Wasted 3 minutes of my time.
0.5 minutes spent on looking for the menu/options, and 2.5 minutes realising that instead of the settings, I’m presented with a link to pro version...

Drains battery!
I love the clock face, but I deleted the app because it drains my iPhone battery dead, even when it ran in the background.

Downloaded this app as the one I had for 5 years suddenly started showing adverts after an update
This is a lovely looking clock just what I wanted with no adverts, the reason for 4 stars only is as others have commented the green alarm hand is a little too bright

Beautifully Simple, Functional & Legible
Perfect for my family's use.

With iPhone XS there is a light that comes through the bottom that can’t be dimmed with the clock. Makes it bright

Alarm doesn’t work all the time
I bought the app as I like an analogue version next to the bed. It does however occasionally not work. This means I have to set the other phone alarm as a back up which therefore negates the reason for using this as the paid version.

Simple, clean, elegant
Love the look and feel. However, seems like clock hands could be proportioned slightly differently to improve legibility. Setting alarm hand easier too, perhaps?
Just the job
Excellent clock which "does what it says on the tin". Only issue (which I've had with other clock apps) is the amount of background glare at night, even on dim setting. Otherwise happy to recommend.
Faulty alarm
On the pro app. Cannot use 24 hr setting. If phone is set for 24 hr, alarm does not work for hours between 1 and 9. If phone is set for 12 hr setting, it works. So this alarm clock cannot be used if your phone is set for 24 hr.
