this wakes me up unlike anything else. i’m such a heavy sleeper, it’s insane. i’ve slept into work shifts which is so stressful and embarrassing but this app has saved me, havent done it since. i’ve tried the shock watch, had family members wake me, set alarms on the other side of the room, but THIS lets me wake up on my own. but this is just so loud and obnoxious that i actually hate it lol. i genuinely don’t understand how the iphone can even reach the decibels this app does it sounds like a bomb horn. like it really works i don’t go to sleep stressed out about waking up on time
