What's New in Alarmate

2.5

July 7, 2026

Alarmate now works with Siri and Shortcuts! This means you can create alarms "on Monday," "on July 30," "in 2 days," "next month," or even "in 2 years" — no calendar counting needed! Just ask Siri: "Alarmate, set a date alarm" Then give a date or timeframe — Alarmate works out the exact date for you. And it works the same way for recurring alarms and timers: "Alarmate, set a recurring alarm" "Alarmate, set a timer" If Siri does not reply with "⏰ Alarmate" at the start, Siri grabbed the default Clock app, which can't set alarms more than 24 hours ahead. Just ask Siri to use "Alarmate" to "set a date alarm." Shortcuts Alarmate actions are also available in the Shortcuts app, so you can build alarms into your own automations, routines, and workflows. Timers Countdowns are now called Timers to match the system naming and make them easier to find. We are thrilled to ship this update to you! When it matters, use an alarm. — The Alarmate Team

Love Lock Screen Countdowns

The app lets me set alarms for my meetings and flights. I love that you can customize a lock screen countdown that triggers before the alarm. My lock screen shows countdowns to anything. For example, when I need to leave the house to avoid being late. You can customize when each one starts. I didn’t know I needed that feature, but now I use it all the time.

Response from developer

Emily, thank you! Really glad the Lock Screen countdowns are working for meetings and flights. We just made Live Activity timing faster to adjust with quick presets too. Hope you enjoy that one. 🙏

No sound

For some reason, the alarm is on, I see it on my screen, but there is no sound so what’s the use of it? I’ve gone into the settings and sounds are on. It says standard sound, but it is not making any noise and my volume is high.

Response from developer

Hi, we’re sorry this happened. This is not expected. If an Alarmate alarm is set to sound, it should play sound. Could you email us at alarmate.app@gmail.com and let us know what type of alarm it was? Was it a date alarm, countdown, or recurring alarm? One thing worth checking: did you check the sound setting inside that exact alarm, or only the default app settings? These are separate. If an alarm was created with vibration only, it stays vibration only even if you later change the default to sound. Also, if that alarm was set to vibration only, ensure vibration is turned on in iPhone Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Vibration Your feedback pointed us to a few things we can make clearer, and we'll be improving them in an upcoming release. Thank you for letting us know!

The missed one

Offers a broad range of alarm-styled notifications to stay in a better control of your life

Response from developer

Thank you for the kind words. We built Alarmate to make important moments easier to stay on top of, and it means a lot to hear that it’s helping you feel more in control of your day.

Helped me stay on time

I tend to ignore notifications when I’m focused, so alarms work better for me. I connected it to my calendar and now set alarms for my calls

Response from developer

Love hearing this! If you haven’t tried it yet, you can also set a default vibration-only alarm for calls when you need focus without the noise. Thanks for sharing! 🙌

Love it

I use Alarmate during work hours for meetings and follow-ups. It keeps me on schedule without checking my calendar constantly.

Response from developer

Hi Olena, thank you for your review! It is great to hear that our calendar alarms help you stay on track.
