Very glitchy and takes forever to arm/disarm. Sometimes I disarm the building and it still goes off.

App can't even display time and date for events in history. Advised staff months ago and still no fix. Would not go with a suretek product again

The fake review written about this product is from a competitor. call Suretek on 0287879865 and they will give you a list of many security companies that use and love this product .
Terrible unreliable rubbish
Do not buy these awful multicomm products. They are flakey and you can't rely on them. The app corrupts itself regularly and you would can't get anyone at Suretek to fix it. Bad bad bad. Very unhappy with the physical product and this app.
