User reviews

Extremely glitchy

Would love to give this app a higher rating, but sadly, there are important features that do not work. Also, some of the app features are still left in korean and haven’t been translated to other languages(like the quick alarm, and the alarm colors). I don’t find this a big issue, more just feedback to let the devs know their different language settings are unpolished. i can figure out what most things do as long as some of it is in my native language, but i am unable to use an entire feature, one that seems very helpful, because i can not read it

The biggest issue with their glitches, is that their own “send feedback” system doesn’t work, so you cant actually inform them of any glitches or bugs happening. The idea of shaking the phone to send feedback is neat, but it doesn’t seem to work at all and now there is no way to contact the developers of even vitally important bugs and errors.

The other biggest glitch is that the snooze button is entirely inoperable. If you snooze, the alarm will not go off again, except for rare moments where the alarm resets upon opening the app. The moment the app is opened, the original alarm will play as if no snooze button was pressed. keeping the phone open on the alarm app doesn’t fix the glitch either.

I did really like how many features the alarm app has though, and i really appreciate that this company is making technology for the people, instead of trying to make a bunch of money from us through insane subscription prices and putting every single feature behind a paywall. Im honestly only writing this review in hopes that it reaches the developers, because i do like the app and hope it improves. If it does, this will be my alarm app for years to come and will happily edit my review to 5 stars

Response from developer

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We truly appreciate both your honesty and your support for the app. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced, especially with the snooze function and the feedback system. Those are important features, and we understand how frustrating it must be when they don’t work as expected. Your report is extremely helpful, and we’ve shared these issues with our development team for investigation and improvement. We also appreciate your comments regarding incomplete language translations. We are continuously working to improve localization so that all users can comfortably access every feature of the app, regardless of language. It means a lot to hear that you enjoy the app’s features and our approach to keeping the app accessible without excessive paywalls. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving, and we sincerely hope we can earn that 5-star review in the future. Thank you again for your support and patience.
