App Constantly Glitches
Terrible app, always glitches. I should have to constantly reinstall it and/or restart my phone to clock in. I just a got a nee phone too so I know it isn’t a device issue, and my cellular data works just fine with any other app.

Work app
This app expects you to type in an excuse as to why you are late before clocking in…That’s inconvenient and just makes people even later. It will ask 3 mins after clock in time. Ridiculous!
Good for simple Caregivers
It’s functioning fine for me. I was worried from all these reviews but to me, it seems at the moment, it’s not good for jobs that are more complex than caregiving. I can login fine, clock in and out, and it seems you need up to date software to login without no issues. I had an older phone that isn’t up to date but had a hand me down phone that had up to date software and it worked fine. So yeah, as a caregiver writing down information and having a checklist of fulfilling client’s needs are functioning fine.

I do not like or recommend this app for patient care. The primary problem is that you cannot access prior data. Unless additional separate charting records are kept - nurses go in ‘blind’ to patient’s health issues & only have access to vital signs & meds. This makes any comparative analysis impossible.
The developers don’t even list a stethoscope as a respiratory assessment tool and it has to be written in. It’s pretty obvious that the developers are not medical professionals - but after using this app I suspect medical professionals weren’t even consulted.

Not sure how this app can get a 4.1 rating which it has so many flaws, and looks like a child created the app. So many glitches, but just to start (too many to list and describe) every so often the app has to be deleted and re-downloaded again because every so often you click on the app, tries to load and closes itself. It has happened, on my iPhone and many other devices. I thought it was just me, but other coworkers have encountered the same problem. We started using AlayaCare at the beginning of this year and this is the 10th time I had to delete the app and download it again! (Not counting on the other devices) Ughh so annoying!

Worst app of the year since 2023, slow, unreliable and just like their team ; USELESS.
Recent update - unable to copy and paste notes
After a recent software update, I am unable to copy and paste previous progress notes in order to edit them while on the go. This is hugely impractical for the end user who might be an allied health professional visiting clients and taking lengthy notes! Also the loading time this app requires to simply clock in and clock out is so long! Please look into these issues

I can't use the app offline even though it has the option to download for offline use. What's the point of that if it doesn't work. Sometimes I can't sign in or sign out. POS

Apps great but should add features
We have to use this app in my healthcare field job, it is great but I think it should allow access to prior aides/colleagues/employees notes so we know what they had down prior to our shift so things don’t get done twice that may not need to be. I also feel it should have an option to add photos under the service task goals to show how something may have been before you corrected it. Example: a dirty bathroom upon arrival to a shift when relieving another aide, you can post the photo upon your arrival then put in your notes that it was properly cleaned.

MAKE IT STOP CRASHING!
04/15/26: The app crashed no less than 20 times during a visit yesterday. When it isn’t crashing it isn’t letting me sign electronically without force-closing the app first. It is beyond frustrating

Well it needs fixing, it’s glitchy and it jumps, it also crashes when you try to type too fast, it’s very annoying :-(

it won’t download anything, it’s deleting visits, it’s crashing heaps, drain the battery. This is seriously the worst app EVER. Go back to Ava please this one does absolutely nothing
