Couldn’t activate, support not helpful, no refund
The app was quite buggy — there was no QR code generator and no automatic connection, which made the whole setup process very frustrating. I reached out to support, and although they tried to assist, none of their suggestions solved the issue.
I waited two days for a workable fix, all while having no WiFi in the center of Istanbul, which was extremely inconvenient.
I asked for a refund and never received a response.
Overall, I cannot recommend this service.
Instead, I strongly suggest using KUDO eSIM, which was much cheaper, worked instantly, and had fast, reliable service. ✅

I used this company's services for three solid months without a hitch, but come month four, disaster struck. My eSIM cellular network won’t activate anymore, and my phone keeps endlessly reregistering on the network like it’s stuck in a loop. Turns out, I’m not alone—ran into a few other folks online who’ve had the exact same issue pop up over the past couple of weeks. Something’s seriously off here.
Support? Forget about it. I can’t even create a ticket on their site; every attempt gets slapped with an "Error 500" message popping up at the top. (Side note: Error 500 on the web means the server’s borked—basically, their backend is likely toast.) Emails? Sent a bunch, got zero replies. They’ve gone radio silent. Either this company’s pulled a runner, or they’re just not operational anymore. Steer clear until we get some answers!
