This online business banking is horrible and not working. Can you please make things simpler to allow the client review the accounts.

Bad App
Please fix this App so it actually remembers my ID. The App is broken. Remember my ID does not work. 2nd, stop forcing me to change my password every few weeks. That's ridiculous and I'm tired of having to use a combination of of lower and uppercase letters, numbers, AND characters. Get the characters out !!!! This is 2016. Get out of the dark ages. Improve this mobile and online experience for customers. Look at the Chase App for guidance.
