Store Receipts no longer available
I liked the app because I could access my store receipts, but no longer. It says there is a technical issue.

Absolutely love the app! The only thing i’d recommend is being able to add your bonus card to your wallet. As someone who travels a lot between the Netherlands and Belgium it would help a lot if you could use one app in both countries! Overall, great app and super organized!

Es wäre schön, wenn es die Albert Heijn App auch auf deutsch geben würde, das würde einiges erleichtern bei den vielfältigen Möglichkeiten, die die App zweifellos bietet. Vielleicht überdenkt das Entwicklerteam die 2 Sprachenregelung und sieht den Vorteil des mehrsprachigen Aufbau ihrer App in Hinblick auf das Potential, was die Verbreitung der App im deutschsprachigen Raum bieten würde.

Perfekt
Seit über 30 Jahren kenne ich AH und gehe dort regelmäßig einkaufen. Nicht nur im Urlaub, sondern jede Woche wird dort der Wocheneinkauf erledigt. Und wir wohnen nicht direkt an der Grenze. Die Produkte, das Preisleistungsverhältnis und vor allem die Mitarbeiter, einfach perfekt. Danke das es Eich gibt.

No English
This app is great except that you cannot change the language to English. It makes it difficult to get an AH card because I don’t understand Dutch and can’t see what I’m clicking

Waarom moet ik wachten op een update om app te gebruiken?
Not bad!
I like this app and the feature where you can add your bonus card is nice. But when you compare the app and its benefits to the “jumbo extra’s” app I peefer the jumbo app because you get more gifts and freebies. All in all this is a solid app that you need if you go shopping at AH often.

English please.. It takes me 90min to do my shopping online with Google Translate to English so sometimes I don’t bother because of this is a chore . It’s quicker to go into Jumbo. Other expat foreign nationals whose common language is English also do the same.

Constantly getting rid of good products
Why are you always doing away with perfectly good products that I buy regularly. Yet there are about 200 different kinds of rijstwafels??? No more strong roots but a million rijstwafels. Make it make sense. Variety is a good thing! Uhhhhghhh

Almost perfect
The app is indeed impressive, much like everything Albert Heijn does. However, the absence of an English language option is a significant flaw, especially in the Netherlands, where more than 10% of the population are expats/immigrants/refugees or whatever you want to call it. Adding an English option shouldn't be too challenging and would greatly enhance accessibility and customer satisfaction. Is there any plans to fix this issue?
