Not functional
I’ve tried to access this app so many times. I go through the entire log in process. I get to the an enable fast log in screen and then it locks out and starts at the beginning. Still have yet to access.
Why this app?
The code never came, the app for just 1 card that takes 60 mb of your storage. What a wild game being in 21 century. The development team is horrible. Why government is using this app? I bet thousands of dollars went on developing it while guess what… it still doesn’t work. Ridiculous.
stupid useless app
i’m stuck at the part where for account security it sends me a code to [blank] (literally a blank, it won’t even tell me where it’s sent the damn code) and then never sends me the code to sign in

Can’t sign in
This app is way too buggy. I keep trying to log in using my google credentials and this app keeps going in circles, it completing the log in. i had to delete it because it gives no other option to log in
Not usable
Parents need to carry multiple cards and app only supports one. Does not make sense.
Too glitchy
Every time i try to login the app refreshes and won’t let me get past the passkey page without logging in again. Please fix
Endless log in loop
Doesn’t go past login page. Just a continuous loop of trying to log into the app. Waste of taxpayer money
Never received the SMS codes
To log in the system should send the sms code, but I never received any.
App not working
The app kicks me out after I log in for some reason. I like the idea of the app. I think licensing should become digital now as well. There is no reason for anyone to carry physical wallets anymore!
Limited Use
It doesn’t seem to make sense to have one app for just our AB Healthcare Card and maybe a handful of others in the future. It would be much more valuable if these cards could be added to our Apple Wallets.

Never adds card
Despite having everything else set up, this app has, in many months of repeated attempts, never been able to add my card. It has one job!
Can’t log in
I try to log in through my account, which is verified. I enter my email, it takes me to google sign in. I go through all the steps and verify through a security code to log in and it kicks me out to the main screen

I am supposed to get a code to log in but i got nothing, i keep asking for new code but still can’t get it

The second I log in the app crashes, updates or reinstalling doesn’t work
Fundamentally useless. Like a separatist government.
Literally does nothing but show you your Ab Health Number. Thats it. Thats all.
Just let me put my documents on Apple wallet like everything else. I don’t want another useless app to do something baked into the very core functionality of a smart phone. How much money did our government waste developing this?

I honestly don’t understand it’s purpose. This is about as useful as taking a photo of my health card and keeping it on my phone. What else is this supposed to do?
