Garbage Updates
A few months back I updated the app and havnt been able to purchase a single thing since. Keeps telling me its encountered and error. Ive sent 2 emails to support and nothing has been done to address the issue.
Can’t sign into the app
The app keeps saying there is no network connection and I can’t sign in.
Lots of bugs/ problems
This is a necessary and can be a useful app for anyone who hunts and fishes in Alberta … when it works! For the last few months, it has been hit and miss. Which is frustrating during hunting season. Even now, it says that there is an update but when you install the app, it will not start. Not good.

Since your update the app says to update and it takes you to the App Store but no way to update so can’t get access to the app at all

Can’t even open the app lol. Says update to latest version and it forwards you to App Store yet it’s already updated
Log in error
Can’t log in anymore. Stuck in sign in page saying no network but there is full network.
Worst App EVER
I wanted to purchase my fishing license this year, and the app will not go to that page. It keeps cycling through to the login page, over and over again!

Maybe it’s me…. But the weight category is unnecessarily confusing and every combination was rejected
Site is too difficult. And takes way too long to fill out your harvest report on all your tags.

This is how dumb the designers of this app are…
- I LOGIN and once logged in, the app still does Captcha verification.
- I go to pay, due to a design flaw, it doesn’t trigger my phone credit card notification so I have to input all manually
- all tags have barcode, why not have a scan to reduce errors?
- proper English is when you show what each acronym stands for BEFORE you use it.
This is what happens when a computer programmer who knows nothings about UI (user interface) and simplifying makes crappy apps like yours!

Very not user friendly
This app was very poorly set up and needs lots of work. Glitches out most times and trying to print you licenses is a pain.

The app has improved from earlier versions.
It’s great overall. I’d like to see harvest reports, hunter success/effort tables all available in the app. Even better - let me filter those so I can see what I can draw with my points instead of scrolling through page after page of results.
Convenience
Packing pieces of paper is lame - get the app instead.
