Waste of time

Tried this app a couple of times and it is completely useless! Booking a taxi you enter your destination and it tells you how long you will have to wait, but then it refuses to let you confirm your booking, just keeps declining payment

Really reliable firm, lovely drivers and the app is great for tracking cabs. Bit difficult to add tip as sometimes that screen disappears when paying by Apple Pay so l am sorry if they are not always going through
