لابد من تنزيل تحديث لوجود بعض التعليق بالتطبيق خصوصاً عن التحويل او تسديد الفواتير

Great app, but it urgently needs an update following the iOS 26 release. Some features are no longer functioning properly—for example, transferring funds from the main account to a prepaid card. At the confirmation step, the button becomes unresponsive and does not allow the transaction to proceed. Please release an update as soon as possible to resolve these issues.

التطبيق يعلق دائماً وبطيء ولا يستجيب بسرعة صعب استخدامه ويقطع اثناء الاستخدام والان مايفتح

ما كنت ادري ان عندكم تطبيق ثاني وتوي استخدم التطبيق الجديد،والله اني فتحت حسابات في بنوك ثانية بسبب هذا التطبيق وانه معقد وبطئ وما ادري ان عندكم تطبيق اجدد ..التطبيق هذا يخسركم عملاء والله

من اسوء التطبيقات المصرفيه وكأنهم متعمدين يكونون متاخرين عن الباقين عشان تسحب على بنكهم وتروح بنك ثاني خدمة عملاء سيئة التطبيق على مزاجه يفتح او لا يحول فلوس او لا ياخي كرهتونا فيكم شنو احسن منكم فيه الراجحي والرياض؟؟
stolen logo and bad experience
This is by far the most horrific app I have ever encountered in the history of computers and if this is the best a bank can offer I do not want anything to do with this bank.
What’s amazing is that I found out lately that the bank logo is stolen from a airliner called Iberia Airline

This app needs a complete refresh
App is old and very simple, not a lot of functionalities and any service you request, it takes you to the browser to complete your request. All requests should be done fully in the app .. also dark mode needs to be added

Please make a new app that fits with modern technology, this app is so 2016

بنك فاشل
تطبيق فاشل يعلق يطلعك من التطبيق نظامه قديم التحكم فاشل الادارة فاشله ياخذون فلوس من الناس لكن ما عندهم قرش يعدلون الواجهة حقت التطبيق انصحهم يفتحون بقالة اصرف لهم لنهم بخيلين في نظامهم انصحهم يجمعون قطية و يعدلون بس
خلل في التطبيق تم تجميد الحساب على اثره
عند القيام بالدخول على التطبيق يتم طلب تحديث بيانات وعند الدخول للتحديث يكون فيه كلام مكتوب بالخط الاحمر يطلب دولة الميلاد ولكن بدون خانه لكتابة الدولة وتم التحديث الى اخر اصدار ولم يتم حل المشكلة. الرجاء حل المشكلة في التطبيق وفتح الحساب في اسرع وقت ممكن.
Really bad..
The application is really slow, the UI feels like it’s from 2011. You need to call the bank and sort through a riddle of options on a slow operator to activate face ID?? Such a shame, I had hopes for this bank but honestly considering in this day and age most of the services are done through apps it feels absurd to see this much neglect.
