After years of having 4000+ empty albums on my phone from cameras and apps, I finally found a solution to delete them all!
Pay $3 bucks and remove them all in an instance. It’s worth it for the peace of mind. Trust me, you won’t be able to mass delete them otherwise and saying you’ll do it manually is not going to happen. Thanks app!

Does The Job, Not Well
It should have the ability to select albums instead of only mass deleting.
Three bucks well spent
I’m not sure whether I expected to pay or not—it’s a free app, with In App Purchases. I don’t know what utility is offered for free, but the process of eliminating a zillion empty Albums from my Photos app couldn’t have been simpler: Give the app permissions to your Photos library, Tell it you want to mass delete the empty albums with a click, Pay the ‘Pro’ price ($2.99) and boom, they’re gone. Worth it.

Just there to sell paid version
Doesnt actually offer deletion without payment, though the paid version did work for me
