Bad service
App doesn’t work almost all time and the withdrawal took more than 6 days as we live on beginning of crypto buy sell 2017 !! Iam very disappointed
Garbage
Garbage took 5 days to verify my identity after numerous emails, sent ach to ach_heco address which are on different networks instead of transaction failing it’s stuck in crypto space pending. Almost like a bum did the programming.
Unable to verify and nothing from support
Have invested in ACH crypto and would like to use the app. Months and months of contacting support with no response. The app will not verify my information. Have deleted and re downloaded times. Emailed many, many times with zero response. People want to use the app. People will not, however, use it if there are issues and zero customer support. Sheds a very bad light on an amazing project.
