Too slow as not able to proceed after adding OTP and not retrieving pay slip after completing transaction.

Bank Transfer is too complicated, why do I need need to contact my bank to locate the deposit? This app is not recommended for overseas transactions. Customer service is slow too!

Transaction taking much time
When i was sending money its showing it will transfer in between 3 day. But it did’t and i try to call customer care they are not attending the call seems like they dont have people to attend the call so i tried with my friend who have personal relations in Aldar so they told us some irresponsible excuse. Feel like its very worst situation i had with this guys there is still exchanges who can deliver our transaction within minutes and this guys promotions on social media always says they are best in this country. I will not prefer this app guys. You can better go and send money in lulu exchange its 100 time faster than this ..

The Western Union transfer charges is extremely high. I hope you can make it a little competitive.
Worst application
It has been more than 20 days i have transfer money.still not credited. Costumer service contact is always out of coverage. Also their costumer service will not reply for the mail too. So please don’t use this application or al daar brach. You will lose your money..

The worst exchange service
This is the first time i am using Aldar exchange service. Its been 2 days I transferred an amount to India and its still not credited. It’s okay if your customer service is reachable to get an update about the money transfer. But unfortunately after 24 hours of my request for an update, i have not received any response yet.
I wont suggest Aldar exchange for any of my friends and colleagues.
The app must show at least the progress of our request for money transfer. So sad.
