Slow Shipping
I was extremely disappointed with the shipping speed of my recent order. It took an unacceptable amount of time for my package to arrive, and I was left waiting an extra week with no updates or communication from the company when I paid for expedited service. This delay caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for timely delivery.
