Horrible Just Like The Website
Having troubles with both websites on signing in. I have an account already and website won’t let me into my account. App does but it’s weird to the point it’s doesn’t let me have access to my rewards or early exclusives. At least fix one of them so I can use my perks. Horrible all around
Don’t bother!
Shopping is my happy place whether in person or online, but when you’re bombarded with ads, literally, every minute on the minute, that happiness quickly turned into frustration. I closed the app, deleted it & here I am! Aldo, you’re one of my favorite brands for shoes & accessories, but why waste my time with constant ads when I’m already here to shop & spend my money with you? I would seriously consider rebuilding your app. Til then, like I said, don’t bother!

Terrible
This app is so bad I had to make a review. Why do you have ads inside your app. It’s annoying and pointless. How greedy does a company have to be to put pop up ads inside of an app. It’s suppose to be smooth and functional instead, it just turns the user off from wanting to even use it. Maybe it’s designed to make you shop in stores instead, if that’s the case that’s what I’ll do. But this app should be destroyed. It’s no good!

Please remove the adds
Please also shoes remove the adds it’s very annoying I always end up deleting the app because I really can’t. Let me buy in peace 😭. You can’t go back to were you where once you click on an item because there’s only an add thing on the bottom where you’re supposed to find the arrow to go back
Why are there so many ads while shopping?
God awful app. There’s just no need for a company the size of Aldo to warrant ads to bring in more revenue. You can barely shop because ad constantly pop up and makes the user experience frustrating. I have plenty of app stores on my phone and have never seen an app have a single ad except Aldo. And to make matters worse, I click a shoe, and can’t go back because the back button is blocked by an ad. What a joke

Too many ads
I’ve never written a review, but just 5 min on this app was enough to make me write one. I didn’t know if I was purchasing from a legitimate company or a scam website. Ridiculous!
Ads!!!
I can’t even shop in peace while browsing or checking out ads will pop up every few seconds ! Definitely deleted the app such an inconvenience and not a good shopping experience at all!
The ads
So I don’t understand what Aldo is doing with the ads in the app. Why even use it when I can just go online (still on my phone) and not get bombarded with ads. Not only that but the app didn’t seem to have a back button so once you clicked on the item you couldn’t go back to where you were on the list. I disliked it so much that I deleted the app after like 40 seconds of use.

Pop Up Ads?!
Pop up ads kept coming. I was on the app for 2 minutes and had to close an ad 3 times! And it makes you wait for 5 seconds before you can close it. No thanks. I’ll buy elsewhere.

The Aldo app is horrible. They should add a scan feature if you are in store. Also they should post the sku number or style number of their shoes on the website, I ordered a shoe that comes in two colors very close to each other, and I don’t think I received the right one and there’s no way to find out. Seriously need to fix their business.

Pop up ads??
What’s the purpose for pop up ads on a company who’s profit is extremely high? This is so terrible to the point I will consider shopping elsewhere for my shoes due to the amount of frustration. The ads pop up every 1-3 mins, this is so terrible. How is it possible in this day that a profitable consumer company can have an ad base app. Just terrible, extremely outdate and inconvenient. Makes you wonder about the company.

Bad service
I can't believe this is how a customer service business i had supported ! While shopping for ads was so annoying I had to close it constantly! When I received the product, it had stains on the white bag that could not be wiped off! When I contacted customer service I was the 35th person waiting and I had to wait for you to count for more than 30 minutes and still not my turn! In the meantime I can't do anything else on the phone because it "ll be closed the window chat ! Just sitting still looking at the phone screen just to chat with customer care! I am really disappointed and will never buy from you again

Negative stars
Wish I saw reviews before download. This app seems more like a Trojan app of some sort. Tricks you into thinking it’s a reputable store but really uses you for downloading and adds etc. I have multiple other store apps like Express, Guess, Macy’s. None of theirs are like this. This doesn’t seem like legit Aldo app

Are you kidding me?? Ads on Aldo app
What a shame for a company like Aldo, you guys really need the nickel and dime that comes from the ads?? I always looked at Aldo as a kind of luxury brand but this totally changing my impression. Also heard from a friend that their quality has been going down after COVID. I can better judge as I get my order. The Apply pay failed both in app and mobile interface.

They had a good working app before COVID. When I use to shop there and now that I’m looking again I feel like so much changed. The website works well. Why not the app? Almost every big company has a good working app, it makes the experience better. Who stopped the progress you guys had going. Seriously

Don’t like ads
It was incredibly frustrating trying to shop online with so many ad pop-ups! I had to delete this app, I do not have the time to watch ads every moment during my shopping. Ridiculous!
Ads? How lame!
I really love Aldo shoes but I deleted this app immediately due to the ads that kept popping up. Super distracting not to mention annoying! Feels like a cheap spoofing app. Do they want to sell me their merchandise or redirect me to other stores? I have never seen this with any shopping app ever before. Avoid!
