Frequent login issues
I have had this app since it was first released it has a very basic user interface which needs improvement. The most annoying thing about this app is the frequent login issue that occurs almost every third month. A lengthy call to the member support office is the only way to resolve the issue. One more observation is that usually occurs shortly before a card payment is due.

Rarely works
Almost every time I’ve used this it app, there is some problem with it and I can’t see my balance. Notice it’s at its worst around my billing period, but I check it more then.
Not bad - however not working anymore
It’s ok but since a couple of weeks it’s just telling me, ups, something went wrong - it’s not your fault…. Yeah, nice - then fix your fault!
Cant pay bill or view balance
This app hasn't worked for a couple weeks now, what gives?
Review
It’s nice to be able to see balances, lock the card or add a travel note, but it would be nice to have everything in one app so you don’t need numerous apps for the same institution.
